About Me

I am an Independent Funeral Celebrant, based in Portsmouth, and I cover Hampshire, West Sussex and the surrounding areas. 

At the age of seventeen I joined the Royal Marines Band Service as a Musician. Following a career that saw me travel extensively across the world, including operational deployments during conflicts in both the Gulf War and Afghanistan, as well as serving on board the Royal Yacht Britannia, I retired from the Band Service as a Warrant Officer Bandmaster to take up a new career as a Funeral Director in Portsmouth.

My time as a Funeral Director proved to be extremely rewarding and enjoyable. I have always considered it a great privilege to be able to help a family at the most difficult of times and this is something I am able to continue in my role as a Funeral Celebrant.
